Why ‘Rosemary Oak’

The moment a plan is suddenly required.

Rosemary is the herb of remembrance and memory. Oak is the tree of wisdom, strength, and age. Together, they reflect the spirit of this work: grounded, steady, and human, and shaped by my own experience supporting someone with advancing memory loss.

The work is not glamorous and it is not heroic. My goal is to help you gain straightforward footing and framing for the caregiving journey ahead.

Connect with me for a focused conversation that meets you exactly where you are, usually somewhere between “things just got real” and “I cannot do another phone call this week.”

Is this you?

  • You just got named Power of Attorney and have no idea what to do this week.
  • You're managing a loved one's care between meetings, and the bank just sent another letter.
  • You want a one-hour conversation, not a six-month engagement.

After our first call

  • A clear next step you can act on now.
  • A small framework to build for the months ahead.
  • Questions you can ask to help you see the bigger picture.
  • Practical ideas to prepare for the long term.

Does this feel familiar?

  • You have Power of Attorney but have no idea what to do with it.
  • You are trying to manage medications but have no idea what they are or how often they need to be taken.
  • You are spending hours trying to make sense of basic banking and bill payments.
  • You are getting different answers from different people and do not know which direction to trust.
  • You know something needs to be organised, but the information and contacts are not at your fingertips.

The checklist helps you identify issues like these and more.
