Is this you?
- You just got named Power of Attorney and have no idea what to do this week.
- You're managing a loved one's care between meetings, and the bank just sent another letter.
- You want a one-hour conversation, not a six-month engagement.

Rosemary Oak offers 1:1 60-minute conversations with someone who has done this work. Supporting working professionals in BC suddenly responsible for an older loved one. Using experience navigating caregiving to advocate for others.

Why ‘Rosemary Oak’
Rosemary is the herb of remembrance and memory. Oak is the tree of wisdom, strength, and age. Together, they reflect the spirit of this work: grounded, steady, and human, and shaped by my own experience supporting someone with advancing memory loss.
The work is not glamorous and it is not heroic. My goal is to help you gain straightforward footing and framing for the caregiving journey ahead.
Connect with me for a focused conversation that meets you exactly where you are, usually somewhere between “things just got real” and “I cannot do another phone call this week.”
