Rosemary Oak is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. The site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and is tested with Lighthouse accessibility audits and axe-core during build.

What we do

  • Set body type at 17–18px with comfortable line-height for readers of all ages.
  • Maintain at least WCAG AA colour contrast for text and interactive elements.
  • Provide a visible focus state on every interactive element.
  • Use semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and meaningful image alt text.
  • Honour prefers-reduced-motion on every animation.
  • Ensure tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch devices.
  • Provide a skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
